The nightclub has been around for roughly fifteen years, making it one of the older clubs in the area. Zenji Banba used to pass his nights there in his early 20s, though upon returning, finds cocaine sales taking place in the bathroom and yakuza-type characters in the VIP room, noting how much rougher it has become.

Kishihara of the Noma Group meets Sayuri in the club's VIP room, offering her a job as his bodyguard. Upon leaving, she finds Banba at the bar, urging him to make up with Xianming Lin and return home, and giving him the role of Kishihara's bodyguard when he refuses.
When the members of Los Eses make contact with the Noma Group through the freelance dealer Yakuin, Uno and Treinta meet Kishihara in 10thousand, where they propose allying their two groups. The cartel members promise to draw the Noma Group's Chinese rivals into an ambush, while the Noma Group begins distributing the cartel's marijuana. Shortly after Uno and Treinta leave, José Martínez visits Kishihara in the club, and the yakuza informs the torturer of the group's new partnership.
