Club Miroir is a high-class club in Nakasu owned by the Kakyuu Association.

The classy, expensive club sits on the third floor of a high-priced tenant building in Nakasu called Brilliant Nakasu. The interior design is described as chic, with black upholstery, a piano, a chandelier, and mirrored walls. The majority of the club's clientele are male.
Background[]
Some time before the start of the series, an employee named Takashi stole money from the club and bragged to an acquaintance. The theft was reported to the Kakyuu Association, who sent Xianming Lin to kill him.
Detective Takeda, investigating Mayor Harada's ties to the yakuza, paid an acquaintance to secretly photograph the mayor inside Miroir. The photo depicts the mayor meeting with Zhang, an executive of the Kakyuu Group, linking the mayor to the growing international crime syndicate. In the anime, the mayor was photographed meeting with the Kakyuu Group's president, Long Fang Wang. Suspecting that his life was being targeted for his investigation, Takeda mailed the photo to his junior, Shigematsu.
Synopsis[]
Mayor Harada Scandal Arc[]
Lin kills Takashi at the request of the Kakyuu Association. Zhang sends him to kill Takeda next, but the detective's body has already been discovered hanged inside his apartment, the work of the mayor's subordinates.
Shigematsu receives the photograph of Mayor Harada and Zhang from his senior in the mail that day and passes it along to his friend, the private detective Zenji Banba. When Yamato pickpockets the photo off of Banba, he recognizes Takashi in the background of the picture and tells Banba about Takashi's murder. After hearing the rumors that Club Miroir is run by a dangerous organization, Banba decides to visit.
Banba enters the club shortly before its open hours begin. The manager evades his queries about the mayor's visit, pridefully stating that many famous personalities visit, and claims to not remember any of the mayor's companions. Quickly tired of Banba's persistent questioning, the manager drives him away. Banba leaves his business card, and Zhang tasks Lin with killing the nosy private detective later that day.
