Long Fang Wang (王龍芳, Wang Long Fang) is the head of the Kakyuu Association and a frequent visitor of Club Eve.

Long Fang is an overweight but muscular man with a stern face and a low-pitched voice. He carries an intimidating presence that makes him memorable and is always surrounded by bodyguards. His hair is light-colored in the manga and black in the anime, and his back and shoulders are heavily tattooed.
Personality[]
As the leader of a syndicate growing in influence, Long Fang is a cold, formidable man. He is also a womanizer who is labelled a pervert by younger women, and he spends exorbitant sums of money on hostesses he favors. Due to his position and preferences, he has been the target of many failed assassination attempts, usually by women, and is merciless toward those caught by his bodyguards.

Long Fang has been a regular customer of Club Eve since its opening and has often had love affairs with the girls working there. His current favorite hostess is Yuri.
Before the start of the series, a woman who had gotten close to Long Fang was invited to meet him in a hotel room in private. His bodyguards found a knife hidden in her clothing during their security check, and she was gang raped, gutted, and fed to pigs.
At some point in the past, Long Fang kept a pet tiger and had a room in the association headquarters fitted with sturdy cage bars. After the tiger's death, the room's windows were removed. The space was made airtight and outfitted with surveillance cameras, creating a gas chamber in which Long Fang would casually watch the people trapped in the room suffer as they died.

Long Fang visits Club Eve during Xianming Lin's shift and requests his company until Yuri is free. In the VIP room, he openly discusses the Kakyuu Group's affairs with his assistant, Li, while simultaneously groping Lin. He is amused when Lin drops ice on the table at the mention of the Niwaka Samurai and mistakes his surprise for nervousness.
Lin later considers ways that he could kill Long Fang, but Enokida rejects his proposals with his knowledge of Long Fang's security forces.
Long Fang invites the hostess Yuri to a suite in the 5-star hotel connected to Canal City. Using nail extensions laced with poison, Sayuri pricks his carotid artery and escapes out of the window, and his body is found by his bodyguards soon after.
