The Mayor Harada Scandal Arc is the first story arc of the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens series. It focuses on Xianming Lin and Zenji Banba's investigation into the Kakyuu Association, the organization's ties to the city's corrupt mayor, Shoutarou Harada, and his efforts to conceal the crimes of his son, and a new company hitman who is not quite cut out for the job.
