PC Doctor's Studio is a computer repair shop run by Siva. The front of the store is a normal shop, where Siva serves customers seeking computer maintenance, data recovery, and virus removal. The back room houses Siva's personal work space from which he operates as the hacker s_i_v_a and the hitman nicknamed the Cracker. The room serves as the meeting space for Siva, Irasawa, and their employer, Chegar, the .mmm operatives in Fukuoka.

The workshop is nestled between a laundromat and a stationary shop in the shopping district of Nishijin. It is described as being small and old. The uniform is a blue apron with the store name on the front, though the design is omitted in the anime. Behind the counter is a door leading to the back room, a ten-tatami mat-sized room that serves as Siva's work space. He keeps five computers on a long table with ten monitors mounted on the wall. In the corner of the room is a sofa, usually occupied by Irasawa.

Chegar arrives at the shop as an elderly man seeking repair for his keyboard is leaving. Siva invites him to wait in the back room while he closes up the store for their meeting. In the back, Irasawa is sitting on the sofa replaying the video of his latest murder, and Siva has left an image of his latest victim, Kazuki Saitoh, on one of the display screens. As Chegar gets down to business, Siva begins searching the dark net for their target, macro-hard.
