Ramiro Sanchez, referred to by his followers as Don Ramiro, was the leader of the Veracruz cartel. He is currently in prison. Though the Veracruz cartel fell after his arrest, several of his most loyal followers created a new cartel in his name, called Los Eses (The S's), standing for the last initial of their former boss.
