Smokin' Hot is a bar run by the Mutagawa Group. The organization's hitman Carlos works as its bartender.

Jiro Tanaka has a meeting with a client at the bar. He refuses to take Misaki along, prompting her to run away and seek information on his location from Enokida, who warns her that the bar is controlled by a yakuza group. Arriving for his meeting, Jiro notices only two other cars in the parking lot but everyone inside the bar suspiciously drinking non-alcoholic drinks. When he realizes that the yakuza member questioning him is only posing as a client, Carlos and the other members in the bar point guns at him to keep him in his seat. A short while later, after Jiro has been shot once and is still refusing to answer their questions, Méqué ignores the closed sign on the door and enters the bar.
The yakuza members are dumbstruck by the clown's appearance for a moment, long enough for Méqué to bow as though beginning a show. As the others begin to jeer, Carlos approaches him to shoo him out, and Méqué throws a knife into his throat. The shocked gangsters begin shooting inside the bar, and Jiro quickly slips out the back door. After dancing around the bullets until the gangsters run out of ammunition, Méqué finishes the rest of them off.
Worried for Jiro's safety, Misaki rushes to the bar and watches as Méqué hangs the corpses upside-down inside. He spots her peering in through the window and immediately confronts her, binding her limbs with rope and bringing her to his van.
Only Hiroshi Ishihara survives the Smokin' Hot slaughter and relates the events to Sanjou and his men when they arrive at the bar later.
